SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 07/02/25 at approximately 0512 hours, there was a delayed report of gunshots being fired into a residence on Cannon Dr. in the Town of Rochester. Upon further investigation, it was determined Mitchell Leclair (53) was shooting a firearm at his residence with another individual inside. No one was injured. It was also discovered Leclair is prohibited from possessing firearms. Leclair was released with a citation to appear in Windsor Superior Court Criminal Division on June 3^rd, 2025 at 1230 hours.
